Natalia Burdulis

Natalia Burdulis was named interim head volleyball coach in October 2024, after joining ENMU as an assistant coach in July 2024. Burdulis arrived at ENMU after years of experience at the club, high school, NCAA Division II, and NCAA Division III coaching levels.

Burdulis joined the Greyhounds after one season at regional opponent, Fort Lewis College, where she served as an assistant coach. With the Skyhawks, Burdulis helped the program to a 13-13 record with a 6-8 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) standing. In addition to her coaching roles, Burdulis worked as a strength and conditioning assistant creating team specific training programs, while leading effective weight sessions for multiple athletic teams.

Prior to joining Fort Lewis, Burdulis coached at Skyview High School in Nampa, Idaho as an assistant coach. Burdulis coordinated fundraising events and served as tournament director for one season. Along with her coaching responsibilities at Skyview, Burdulis was a club coach at Idaho Crush for nearly two years. Burdulis ran specific clinics for ages 13-18 and mentored athletes to develop their skills.

Before heading to Idaho Crush, Burdulis earned their first collegiate coaching experience at her alma mater, Pacific University. Helping coach during the 2020 and 2021 seasons, Burdulis created scouting reports, analyzing data, and performance to prepare for competition. Burdulis also organized and ran summer camps, while helping with game day management and in game statistics.

Burdulis earned a Bachelor of Arts from Pacific University in 2019, with a focus in Elementary Education. She also spent four seasons as a student-athlete, playing four seasons with the Boxers volleyball program at the Division III level.
