Biography

As a Sophomore in 2016
Erikka Burke appeared in all 55 games for the Greyhounds and split time at first base and inside the circle. She batted .315 with 28 runs batted in and committed just one error in 316 opportunities. With three innings of relief she earned a win at Texas A&M-Commerce and fanned three batters. Burke finished fourth on the team with 19 multiple-hit games, which included three three-hit performances. She twice hit three-for-four against Oklahoma Panhandle, with two doubles in the second game. She also drove in four runs against perennial powerhouse, Lubbock Christian.

Played for Head Coach Tim Kiernan at Sacramento City College and for Head Coach Jeff Alexander at Elk Grove High School.
