Andrew Delagrange

Andrew Delagrange joined Eastern New Mexico Athletics as head athletic trainer in July 2025. He comes to ENMU with nine years of experience as an athletic trainer for several colleges and universities and the United States military. For the last year, he was the athletic trainer for the 27 Special Operations Wing at Cannon Air Force Base in Clovis. He also assisted Clovis High School with practice and game coverage over the last five months.

Prior to his time in the Land of Enchantment, he worked in Fort Stewart, Georgia working with ORISE as a program coordinator in charge of data collection and entry as part of a research study. He also worked with Resolution Think where he was the only rehabilitation professional assigned to the care of 900 soldiers in the U.S. Army.

He also has key years of experience working in intercollegiate athletics. In 2021, he worked with men’s basketball, men’s soccer, and men’s soccer at Purdue University, Fort Wayne. From 2019-20, he assisted the baseball program at Ivy Tech Community College. During the same time period, he worked with men’s basketball, men’s soccer, and women’s soccer at Grace College.

Delagrange was an athletic trainer at DI Oakland in Michigan from 2017-19. Prior to this time in Michigan, he was an intern with Indiana University Purdue University, Fort Wayne.

Before his time as an athletic trainer, he served in the U.S. Army with deployments in Kuwait and Camp Anaconda.

He earned a bachelor’s in athletic training and exercise science from Defiance College in 2016. He graduated with a master’s in exercise performance from Liberty University in 2019 and is currently pursuing a PhD in health sciences from Liberty with an expected graduation in 2027.
