Jill McClure joined Eastern New Mexico Athletics in November 2025 as the assistant athletic director for compliance.
McClure comes to the athletics department after serving as a Title IX investigator for the Eastern New Mexico.
Prior to her time at ENMU, she lived in Illinois, Washington, and Utah. From 2014-23, McClure taught 6th grade in Utah before moving to Washington.
McClure served as an instructional assistant beginning in 2009 before earning her teaching license in 2014. She also has four years of experience as a legal assistant.
Currently, she is pursuing a MLS degree from Seattle University School of Law with an emphasis in rick management and compliance. She will complete the degree in December 2025.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Northern Colorado and attended the Denver Paralegal Institute.
McClure is married to associate athletic director for sports performance, Justin McClure. They have two daughters.
