Sophomore Lindsay Bost leads the team with 4.11 d/s and 25 service aces. Fellow classmate Courtney Lawson is second in both categories with 2.93 d/s and 22 aces. Gibbons has a team-high 69 blocks with 12 of them being solo rejections. Senior Bree Anna Lucero has contributed with 64 blocks while Frye's 45 rejections are the third most on the squad.

As a team, Eastern is hitting .169 with 11.5 k/s and 10.7 a/s. They have recorded 82 aces but hit into 111 service errors and allowed 100 aces against them. The Zias have increased their d/s mark to 13.5 while holding a 136-123.5 advantage in blocks.

Scouting West Texas A&M
West Texas A&M comes into the game riding a 10-match winning streak. Their last loss came against Truman State on Sept. 20 in the McKendree Classic in Lebanon, Illinois. They did have a scare at Texas Woman's on Oct. 4 as they trailed two sets to none but came back to win the final three sets for the victory.

Lauren Bevan leads the team and is second in the conference with 4.11 k/s. Her .298 attack percentage is the third best on the squad. Kameryn Hayes has a team-high .333 attack percentage, also the best in the LSC, while also averaging 2.58 k/s and 7.29 a/s. Having played just the past three weeks, Lexi Davis is posting 1.81 k/s with a .323 attack percentage. Kyli Schulz and Hayes are tied for the team lead with 17 service aces apiece.

Defensively, Lauren Britten's 4.50 d/s is the sixth best in the conference. Both Jessica Johnson and Leah Mayer are averaging over a block a set at 1.11 and 1.00, respectively. Johnson's 78 total blocks are the fourth most in the LSC this season.

The Lady Buffs are hitting .263, the highest in the conference, while their 13.7 k/s and 12.9 a/s rank second. They have recorded 98 service aces while allow only 44. WT is averaging 15.8 d/s and have totaled the third most blocks this season in the LSC with 168. Opponents are hitting just .148 against them with 11.6 k/s and 10.7 a/s.

Scouting Texas-Permian Basin
Texas-Permian Basin will play host to Texas A&M-Kingsville on Tuesday night prior to playing the Zias on Wednesday. The Falcons ended a five-match losing streak on Saturday with a sweep of Texas A&M-International. A notable victory for UTPB this season was at Midwestern State in four sets.

Ryley Carman has a team-best 188 kills and 3.19 k/s mark while hitting .214. Morgann Davis has put up 2.56 k/s with a team-high .312 attack percentage. Caitlyn Guajardo (2.24) is also averaging over two kills a set. Setting the attackers up is Ariana Gallardo with 7.92 a/s. She also leads UTPB with 20 service aces.

At the net, Davis has 49 blocks with 12 of them being solo. Rachel Dixon adds 30 rejections while Hannah Rebb (21) and Carman (22) have over 20 blocks. Taylor Harmon averages a team-best 4.59 d/s and Jordan McDonald is right behind her with 3.25 d/s.

The Falcons are hitting .191 with 11.8 k/s and 10.9 a/s as a team. At the service line, they have 69 aces but have given up 81. UTPB is averaging 16.7 d/s and have 117 blocks this year.
