ALAMOSA, COLO. — The Eastern New Mexico University women's soccer team (0-2-1) dropped a 1-0 decision at Adams State (2-0-1). The setback was the Grizzlies first win in the series over Eastern.

How it Happened:- Adams State's Hope Cruz snapped a scoreless tie with 3:04 left in regulation
Inside the Statistics- Cristina Escobedo made four saves for ENMU, while Molly O'Connor made two for the Grizzlies
- Eastern held a 5-2 advantage in total shots in the first half, but ASU had a 6-2 advantage in that category in the second half
- Melissa Moxley took three of ENMU's seven shots
- Danielle Caro and Carolyn Armijo each had a shot on goal for the Greyhounds
- The Grizzlies have only allowed one goal this season, against Angelo State
Up NextThe Greyhounds travel to Laredo, Texas, to face St. Mary's o Friday. Eastern will remain in Laredo, for a Sunday game against Texas A&M-International. Adams State will host Lubbock Christian on Saturday.
