PORTALES, N.M. — After closing out the home schedule with a 53-10 win over Oklahoma Panhandle State, the Eastern New Mexico University football team will conclude the regular season on Saturday at Midwestern State. Eastern has already clinched its fourth straight winning record in the regular season.

Dylan Knox and Rodney Holter will be on hand to broadcast the game on KSEL 105.9 FM, which also will have an audio stream of the game on their website. A video stream and live statistics will be available at MSUMustangs.com.

The Matchup
The Greyhounds are 5-16 against Midwestern State, with four of the wins coming in Lone Star Conference play. ENMU's last win in the series came in a 40-21 decision on November 9, 2013 at Blackwater Draw. One week after that game, the Hounds clinched a share of the LSC title. ENMU's last road win over the Mustangs came in a 36-33 decision on September 15, 2001. The only other time the Greyhounds earned victory in Wichita Falls, came in a 38-13 decision on November 13, 1999.
 
Greyhound Head Coach Josh Lynn is in his fifth season at Eastern and has a 26-24 record. In 2013, the Greyhounds finished with a 5-1 mark in Lone Star Conference play to share the league title with Tarleton State. Bill Maskill is in his fifteenth season with Midwestern State and has led the Mustangs to a 119-44 record.

After 10 games, the Greyhounds rank second in the nation in rushing, with 338.6 yards per game. In the NCAA Division II, Eastern trails only Harding (384.8 ypg). Kamal Cass is at the forefront of ENMU's running game and ranks 32nd in the nation with 966 yards. ENMU also ranks 20th in the country in total offense.
 
The Hounds lead the Lone Star Conference in total offense and rushing offense. They also are fourth in the conference in scoring. The Greyhound passing game has also developed over the course of the season and leads the league in efficiency (seventh in the nation). ENMU leads the LSC in first downs and time of possession.
 
Cass is second in the LSC in rushing yards (trailing ASU's John Stevens by two yards), while Wyatt Strand is seventh. Aaron Johnson ranks third in the league in receiving yards and while Larry Baker-Bruce leads the conference in yards per catch.
 
Defensively
Eastern's run defense ranks is tied for 24th in the NCAA Division II and is second in the LSC. The Greyhounds are third in the league in total defense and fourth in scoring defense. Eastern is third in the LSC in sacks

Brad Hardin is ninth in the conference with 70 tackles, which includes 33 solo stops. Desmond Blue is 18th in tackles for a loss, while Hardin is 19th. Blue also ranks tenth in the league in sacks.

Special Teams
The Greyhounds are fifth in the LSC in kickoff coverage and sixth in field goals. Bailey Hale is 34-38 on point-after-touchdown kicks and is eight-for-13 on field goal attempts with a pair of 47-yard kicks.
