PORTALES, N.M. - The Eastern New Mexico University volleyball team travels to Canyon on Tuesday for a showdown with rival West Texas A&M. The Hounds are coming off a monumental upset of 17
th-ranked Angelo State and look to again make history playing at the Box. ENMU enters the matchup at 8-12 overall and 5-5 in Lone Star Conference play, leaving the Hounds in a two-way tie for seventh, but two games up on Midwestern State.

Andrea Aguilar enters the matchup after picking up her 1,500th-dig against Texas A&M-Kingsville earlier this season. The reigning LSC Preseason Defensive Player of the Year passed Irma Cobos' all-time mark of 1,653 earlier this year against A&M-C. The Clovis product is currently third in the LSC with 343 digs and needs 235 to match Caitlin Murphy's all-time mark of 1,930.

Brooklyn Biel has been a catalyst for the Greyhounds over the past three seasons. The Laveen, Ariz., native came one block shy of setting the all-time single match record with 10 rejections against Cameron. The senior needs just two more blocks on the year to climb into the top-10 list in program history after a six block performance in the win over Angelo State. Biel also leads the Hounds with 210 kills to go along with a.242 hitting percentage, bolstered by a .455 clip on Saturday.

Alexis Aguirre recorded her 2,000th assist in the Greyhounds win over Colorado Christian earlier this season, becoming just the seventh player in program history to eclipse 2,000. A multi-sport athlete, Aguirre claimed a 20th-place finish in the javelin at the NCAA DII Track and Field Championships.

Kaitlyn Kluna has been a dangerous weapon from the service line. The Helotes, Texas, product has eight more aces than the next closest player with a league-leading 37 on the year. Against Angelo State this past weekend, Kluna dropped in six aces, including a pair back-to-back in the fifth set to clinch the victory for the Hounds.

Sarah Tuioti-Mariner and freshman
Jasmine Gannon have made significant contributions this season. The duo is currently second and third on the team with 201 and 185 kills, respectively. Tuioti-Mariner has had at least 10 kills in 10 of the last 14 matches, including a 21 kill outburst against Lubbock Christian. Gannon has 15 matches with at least eight kills on the season.
