PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico University volleyball senior libero,
Andrea Aguilar climbed into second place on the career digs list after racking up 10 in a 3-0 (25-12, 25-16, 25-18) setback to Texas A&M-Commerce on Friday. The Greyhounds move to 7-10 overall and 4-3 in Lone Star Conference play.

Aguilar entered the matchup needing seven digs to pass Irma Cobos on the all-time list and surpassed the mark early in the first set. The Clovis, NM, product finished the match with 10 and needs 274 to pass Caitlin Murphy's mark of 1,930 set from 2006-09.

Offensively,
Jasmine Gannon led the charge for the Greyhounds, picking up nine kills in the setback while
Brooklyn Biel had five and
Amanda Dietz had four. Setters
Alexis Aguirre and
Kaitlyn Kluna each distributed 10 assists in the match while
Marissa Ellis led the Hounds with 11 digs.
