ADA, OKLA.—
Ariel Lopez became the fifth member of the Eastern New Mexico University women's soccer team (0-3-2) to find the back of the net this season. Her goal cut the Greyhound deficit in half, but East Central (2-3) withstood a late surge and held on for a 2-1 win, Thursday afternoon at Tiger Field.
The Greyhounds will conclude their road trip on Saturday at Southern Nazarene. The contest will start at 11 a.m. MT.
In the Series
- The loss dropped the Hounds to 2-4-1 in the series against ECU
- The game was the first meeting with the Tigers since they departed the Lone Star Conference
