SILVER CITY, NM —Daeshi McCants poured in 20 points, grabbed nine rebounds, and had three steals along with two blocked shots in Tuesday evening's Lone Star Conference game. The Greyhounds (13-9; LSC 9-6) saw their four-game win streak snapped at the hands of Western New Mexico University (1-22; LSC 1-14).

• The loss snapped Eastern's five-game win streak in the series and the Greyhounds' eight-game win streak against non-NCAA Division I schools from the state of New Mexico
