LUBBOCK, Texas – Eastern New Mexico Men's Soccer forced a 0-0 draw with Lubbock Christian on Wednesday evening at the LCU Soccer & Track Facility. Eastern shift to 3-5-3 overall on the season, while sitting 1-1-1 in conference play. Meanwhile, the Chaps move to 4-2-5 overall with a 0-1-2 LSC record.

Alexandre Meres blazing over the crossbar with 15 minutes played. 10 minutes later,
Paul Waschkau produced a double save in net to deny Nako Amare at the doorstep. Eastern produced a pair of shots on goal just before the halftime whistle, with the match sitting at 0-0. Both teams sat back in the second half, not wanting to concede leading to a 0-0 draw after 90 minutes.
NOTABLE STATS
- Wasckau kept their first clean sheet of the season in net, making six saves against the Chaps. Giani Mascarel paced the team with three shots from the bench, while Nick Huenig had team-best two shots on goal.
- For Lubbock Christian, Nako Amare and Enzo Jaques both had three shots with Amare's strikes all going on goal. In the net, Tom Miles collected four saves in the match with nine shots being registered by ENMU.
- The Chaparrals found 12 shots with six on target, while ENMU produced nine attempts with four going on goal. Eastern committed eight fouls while picking up a pair of yellow cards, with LCU fouling seven times.

- The 0-0 stalemate marks the fifth tie between the two programs, while this is the first 0-0 match between the two teams.
- Seven Greyhounds played the entire 90 minutes of the match: Mathieu Beuvain, Abraham Lopez, Ludwig Scherer, Loris Tsiatsipy, Cooper Tyler, Colin Ulrich, and Waschkau.
