FROM THE SOURCE
"A sloppy start to the day giving free bases and they capitalized on them early," said Head Baseball Coach Riley Price. "Bats were stating to wakeup, but their soft lefty came in throwing strikes to a big zone and kept us off balance. We started to create some momentum to come back, but a rookie base-running error put a stop to it," said Price. Overall, we have to face adversity with a little more fight offensively to keep us in game that get out of hand when our starting pitchers are struggling. Our consistency and toughness needs to get better all the way around going into our next home stand," said Price.
