PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico Women's Soccer (0-0-1) forced a draw, 1-1, after trailing in the second half against Adams State (0-0-1) on Thursday evening at Steve Loy Family Foundation Stadium.

Adams State scored the opener in the first half and held their lead until going into the final 45 minutes.
Mariana Gonzalez Jimenez restored a tie score in the 53
rd minute with a goal from outside the box. Both teams couldn't find an equalizer down the stretch, settling for a 1-1 draw.
Katelyn Aune intercepted a long clearance from Adams State to set up the goal for Gonzalez Jimenez.
Rosie Willmott Joyce was forced into five saves during the match, all coming in the second half.

- Adams State had the majority of the chances, firing 11 shots to the Greyhounds seven, with ADSU finding six shots on goal and ENMU mustered two shots on goal.
- This marks the second straight season where Adams State and Eastern New Mexico have finished in a draw, with the team playing out a 0-0 stalemate last season.
- Each team finished with 10 fouls in the match. Five separate Greyhounds finished the whole 90 minutes: Raegan Dash, Sarah Tate, Sofia Trejo, Sierra Villanueva, and Willmott Joyce.
