PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico Women's Soccer (0-1-1) suffered a 3-0 defeat against Fort Lewis College (1-0-1) on Saturday afternoon at Steve Loy Family Foundation Stadium.

Fort Lewis opened the scoring after the first ten minutes of play, then tacked on another goal before the end of the half. The Skyhawks added another in the second half to confirm a 3-0 victory.
Meghann Wingsutton recorded a shot early in the first half, while
Sloane Sinnott finished with two shots during the game (both on goal).
In goal,
Rosie Willmott Joyce played 75 minutes in net recording a pair of saves.
Yaritza Pelayo posted a pair of saves in goal during the final 15 minutes.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE
- Fort Lewis controlled the game with 22 shots, including seven on goal. The Greyhounds recorded three shots, and two on goal.
- Eastern New Mexico and Fort Lewis in Portales, N.M. for the first time since 2019.
