PORTALES, N.M. - The Eastern New Mexico women's soccer team dropped a 3-0 conference decision to West Texas A&M Thursday at the Steve Loy Family Foundation Stadium.
The Greyhounds (0-12-0, 0-9-0 LSC) held the Lady Buffs scoreless through the first half, but West Texas broke through after halftime with three second-half goals.
Lawrencia Yeboah led the Lady Buffs' offense with a hat trick, scoring in the 58th, 67th, and 75th minutes. Each goal came with assists from different teammates as WT controlled possession for much of the contest.

Rosie Willmott Joyce recorded six saves in the match. The Hounds managed two shots, one from
Kaylee Baker and one from
Laci Lozoya, while the Lady Buffs tallied 22 shots with nine on frame.
The Greyhounds earned three corner kicks compared to West Texas A&M's seven but couldn't convert their opportunities into goals.
Eastern returns to action on Wednesday, Oct. 22, hosting Angelo State at home as part of ENMU's Homecoming Week festivities.
