PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico Athletics invites the community to a "Meet the Greyhound Football and new Players" get-together on Wednesday, February 25 at The Rails in Clovis (221 W 1st St) beginning at 6 p.m. A t-shirt will be handed to the first 100 attendees of the event.
 
"We are eager to reach out to our supporters in Clovis and ask everyone to come meet our football coaching and staff and learn more about what is happening around Eastern New Mexico Athletics," said director of athletics Kevin Fite. "Greyhound football is heading into a new era of success under new leadership and we want Clovis to be part of the growth for our program."

At 6 p.m., director of athletics Kevin Fite will talk about athletic department initiatives and provide opening remarks. From there, he will introduce head coach Art Briles. Briles will introduce the rest of the coaching staff and take time to talk about each incoming player. The Greyhounds have introduced 19 midyear additions along with 13 high school signees as announced on signing day on Feb. 4.
 
Afterwards, coaches and players will mix and mingle with attendees. It is just one of many ways that ENMU Athletics is getting out into the community and staying engaged with loyal supporters and new fans.
