PORTALES, N.M. — The Eastern New Mexico University women's soccer team will continue its home stand this week, with contests against West Texas A&M and Texas A&M-International. The Greyhounds have heated up over the last week and are on a two-match win streak.
Wednesday's contest will mark the first Lone Star Conference game of the season, with the Lady Buffs coming to town. Saturday will be a rematch of Eastern's first win of the season, at Texas A&M-International. The Greyhounds earned a 1-0 win over Highlands to open their homestand and are 7-2 at home under head coach
Omar Morales.

series with a pair of 1-0 victories. The game-winning goals were scored by
Danielle Caro and
Melissa Moxley.
The Lady Buff's last win in
the series came on October 26, 2012 at ENMU Soccer Field. Lindsay McHorse scored off a deflection at the 3:18 mark for the only goal of the game.

Karissa Stinson came off the bench to earn the first win of her career.
Last season, ENMU came back from a 2-1 deficit to defeat the Dustdevils at ENMU Soccer Field. Second-half goals from Hendrickson,
Victoria Perez and
Tyra Gabehart lifted the Hounds to victory.
