PORTALES, NM — The Eastern New Mexico University women's soccer team will conclude the regular season this week with two road games. The Greyhounds have been extremely stingy on defense lately, and have only allowed more than a single goal once in their last six matches.

On Wednesday evening the Greyhounds will visit West Texas A&M. On Friday, ENMU will visit Midwestern State. Both games are scheduled to start at 6 p.m. MT.

Ariel Lopez paces ENMU with five goals and three assists. The sophomore has five points in her last three matches, which included a dramatic game-tying score near the end over regulation at Texas Woman's. Jaci Sievers, Mirka Zamarripa and Kaitlyn Caro each have two goals. Alejandra Camarillo has played every minute in net for the Hounds and has a 1.38 goals against average with a .721 save percentage.

Eastern is currently tied for fifth place in the Lone Star Conference with Texas Woman's headed into the final two matches of the season. If the teams should finish tied, ENMU holds the tie-breaker based on a 1-0-1 record against the Pioneers.

Spence is in his first season with Eastern.

West Texas A&M enters the week with a 6-6-4 record and a 4-3-3 record in conference play. The Lady Buffs have been exceptionally tough at home, with a 5-1-2 record. WT is looking to snap a three-match skid which includes an overtime setback at Texas Woman's. Noir Hawash leads West Texas A&M with four goals and three assists. Courtney Dippel has been the Lady Buff's primary goalkeeper and has a 1.22 goals-against average and .756 save percentage.

The Hounds are 4-14-2 against West Texas A&M with a 1-8-1 mark on the road. Alejandra Camarillo made five saves at home against WT earlier this month, as the teams played to a scoreless tie.

Midwestern State ranks 16^th in the latest NCAA Division II poll and second in the South Central Region. Despite Sunday's loss to Angelo State (ranked first in the region), the Mustangs boast an 11-4-1 record with a 6-3-1 mark in Lone Star Conference play. Destinee Williamson paces MSU with six goals and eight assists. Courtney Burnette has played every minute in net for the Mustangs and has a 1.04 goals-against average and .850 save percentage.

Eastern is 2-15-3 against Midwestern State with a 1-7-1 mark on the road. Earlier in the season, Camarillo made four saves as the teams played to a double-overtime tie at Al Whitehead Field at Greyhound Stadium.
