PORTALES, N.M. – Vasha Moore joins the ENMU Women Basketball program as an assistant coach, announced by head coach Blake Huber earlier this month. Moore joins the staff after completing their collegiate basketball career at Texas A&M-Texarkana.

Prior to finishing their college basketball career at Texas A&M-Texarkana, Moore played their undergraduate career at Bethany College, located in Lindsborg, Kan. Moore played three season with the Swedes, averaging 9.2 points per game (PPG) and 6.3 rebounds per game (RPG) in their final season.

Moore has coaching experience at the AAU level, working to teach fundamental skills to team members. In the role, Moore worked to prepare weekly practice schedules for athletes, communicate parents and peers, and organize team travel.

A native of Weatherford, Texas, Moore earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Bethany College.
