Women's Basketball 2024-25 Full Schedule Announced

Eastern have a 28-game schedule, with 22 conference games, 14 home contests, and two Division I exhibitions.

PORTALES, N.M. – With less than a month until the 2024-25 women's basketball season, Head ENMU Women's Basketball Coach Blake Huber as announced the 2024-25 schedule for the Eastern New Mexico Woman's Basketball program.

ENMU will have a 28-game schedule, along with two exhibitions against Division I opponents. The Greyhounds will face six non-conference opponents before digging into its 22 game Lone Star Conference schedule. Eastern will play in-front of its home fans 14 times, with the home opener scheduled for Nov. 16th against Navajo Tech.

Before hitting the home hardwood, the Greyhounds begin the season in Durango, Colo. playing New Mexico Highlands (Nov. 8) and Fort Lewis (Nov. 9) as part of the South-Central Region Crossover. Following the Colorado trip, the Greyhounds travel to Oklahoma to matchup with Southwestern Oklahoma State (Nov. 14).

After playing its first three games on the road, the Greyhounds have six consecutive home games for fans to enjoy. Following the Greyhounds home opener on Nov. 16 against Navajo Tech, Eastern battle in regional foe Adams State (Nov. 19), then jump into conference play to face West Texas A&M (Nov. 23).  The home stretch continues with a matchup with Oklahoma Panhandle State on Nov. 30.

The month of December begins with Lone Star Conference play, as the Greyhounds play Oklahoma Christian (Dec. 5) and Cameron (Dec 7) in the first full LSC weekend at home. The following week, Eastern make their first conference road trip heading to south Texas to play Texas A&M International (Dec. 15) and Texas A&M-Kingsville (Dec. 17). ENMU close out 2024 with a pair of Division I exhibitions, facing New Mexico State on Dec. 20 in the Pan American Center, and UTEP on Dec. 30 in the Don Haskins Center.

The Greyhounds first game of 2025 is at home, as Lubbock Christian (Jan. 3) and Midwestern State (Jan. 5) come to Portales to resume conference play. Following the opening weekend in January, ENMU travels to play UT Permian Basin (Jan. 9) and Angelo State (Jan. 11). After the quick trip to Texas, Sul Ross State (Jan. 16) and Western New Mexico (Jan. 18) venture to Portales, N.M. for a West Division matchup.

Following the game with WNMU, the Greyhounds begin a four-game road trip starting against South-Central Region runner up, UT Tyler (Jan. 23). After playing the Patriots, ENMU will tangle with last seasons national runner up Texas Woman's (Jan. 25), after the Pioneer's won the LSC regular season and tournament title, along with a South-Central regional championship. The four-game road stretch concludes with games against Midwestern State (Jan. 30) and Lubbock Christian (Feb. 1).

The final home stretch of the season begins at home with Angelo State (Feb. 6) and UT Permian Basin (Feb 8) coming to Portales. Next, Eastern make the trip across the state to battle Western New Mexico (Feb. 13), then venture to Sul Ross State (Feb. 15) for a West Division contest. Eastern plays their final home games of the season on Feb. 20 (St. Edward's) and Feb. 22 (St. Mary's), with the program honoring its seniors against St. Mary's. The regular season finale takes place on Feb. 27, as Eastern travels to play West Texas A&M on Feb. 27.

Season tickets are now on sale, allowing fans to have a general admission season pass for all ENMU Men's and Women's Basketball Games at the price of $110.00. Individual tickets will become available for the single-game days before the start of the regular season.
