PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico Women's Basketball open up their home schedule on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 7 p.m., as Navajo Technical University comes to Portales for the first ever meeting between the programs.

• The Greyhounds will meet the Skyhawks for the first time in program history.
• Navajo Tech competes in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA), the home of the small college national championships.
• Navajo Tech is based in Crownpoint, N.M., being the largest tribal college in the country. Additionally, Navajo Tech has satellite campuses in Chinle, Arizona and Teec Nos Pos, Arizona.

SCOUTING THE GREYHOUNDS

• Eastern New Mexico suffered their first loss of the season this past Thursday against Southwestern Oklahoma State, 81-59. Kaitlyn Edmondson led the team with 15 points, along with six rebounds and two blocks. ENMU now stand at 2-1 on the season, beginning a six-game home stretch.
• Eastern are averaging 66.7 points per game, while giving up 64.0 ppg. For rebounding, the Greyhounds post 40.3 rebounds per game, with +9.0 rebounding margin. ENMU is shooting 43.4% from the floor, 32.7% from deep, and 73.3% at the charity stripe.
• Edmondson averages a team best 13.3 ppg, in just 19.0 minutes per contest. The Flower Mound, Texas native supplies 5.3 rebounds per game, along with a team best five blocks this season. Jaz Salon contributes 10.3 ppg, while leading the team in assists (2.7 apg) and steals (3.0 spg).
• The Greyhounds rebounding is supported by a team high 5.7 per game from Ishuana Hunter, while Salon finds 4.0 rpg. Trinity Hudson and Julieta Ceja both have 3.7 boards per night. Hunter and Tatiana Platonova each have 2.7 assists per contest, while Jayla Smith adds a block per night for the defense.

SCOUTING THE SKYHAWKS

• The Skyhawks come into Saturday's game following a week of rest from their last contest, facing Southwest (N.M.). NTU actually faced the Skyhawks in a pair of games over that weekend, falling to the Mustangs 83-51 on Thursday, Nov. 7, and dropping an 87-58 contest on Saturday, Nov. 9, to USW.
• When looking at the boxscore from two games played against Benedictine Mesa (AZ), Jocee Richardson is a scoring threat after dropping 25 points in a 118-52 defeat against the Red Hawks. Richardson finished 7-20 from the field, connecting on three three-point baskets, and going 8-9 at the foul line. Daliyah Morris added 12 points to the contest, while Asia Kee led the team in rebounding with nine. Defensively, Richardson added five steals in the game.
