• Eastern New Mexico is off to its best start in school history, standing at 10-1 overall and 5-0 in Lone Star Conference play. The eight-game winning streak is its longest since 2000, while ENMU has begun conference play undefeated for the first time since 2016-17. Most recently, the Greyhounds bested Texas A&M-Kingsville, 56-48, in a tough road clash.
• The Greyhounds lead the LSC in scoring (76.7 ppg, 23^rd in DII), while giving up just 54.0 ppg, holding a league best +22.7 scoring (7^th in DII). The Greyhounds also top the conference in rebounds (43.8 rpg), offensive rebounds (16.7 rpg), opponent rebounds (29.5 rpg), rebounding margin (+14.3 rpg). In terms of rebounding margin, Eastern stands 4^th in Division II for rebound margin at +14.3. Additionally, Eastern paces the LSC for field goal percentage (45.0%), three-point field goal percentage (39.1%), and steals (13.1 spg).
• The Greyhounds score in a combined team effort, with seven different players averaging over 7.0 ppg. Ishuana Hunter leads the group with 11.8 ppg, shooting 49.0% from the field in 19.1 minutes per game. Jayla Smith is next on the scoring charts with 9.4 ppg, along with 6.4 rpg (team high).
• First year student-athlete Kaitlyn Edmondson contributes a key 8.6 ppg and 5.4 rpg. Jaz Salon paces the team for assists with 3.6 apg, along with 8.1 ppg. Hunter also paces the defense with a team best 2.0 spg, while Trinity Hudson supplied 1.4 blocks per game.

SCOUTING THE AGGIES

• The Aggies enter Friday's game following an 83-39 defeat against #13 Kansas State. Overall, NMSU stands at 6-5 on the season and have yet to start Conference USA play. ENMU will be the third LSC team the Aggies play this season, facing Cameron in an exhibition (W 87-54, 10/27) and Western New Mexico (W 78-41, 11/20).
