ENMU welcomes the Eagles for an LSC battle on Thursday evening

PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico Women's Basketball jump back to Lone Star Conference play this weekend against Oklahoma Christian on Thursday, December 5, beginning at 5 p.m. at Steve Loy Family Foundation Arena.

  • Thursday's game will be broadcast on FloCollege.   • The Greyhounds and Eagles meet for the seventh time in program history, with the all-time series being split at 3-3.

SCOUTING THE GREYHOUNDS

  • As a team, the Greyhounds are outscoring opponents by 24.4 points, scoring 79.9 ppg and allowing just 55.4 ppg. In terms of rebounding, ENMU pulls down 46.1 rebounds per contest, while giving up 30.4 rpg. Eastern are shooting 45.2% from the field, sinking 35.7% of three-pointers, and 71.9% from the charity stripe.
  • Eastern N.M. are well balanced offensively, with seven different players posting more than seven points per game. Kaitlyn Edmondson leads ENMU in both scoring (10.4 ppg) and rebounding (6.4 rpg) in just 16.3 mpg.
