PORTALES, N.M. – Head ENMU Women's Basketball Coach Blake Huber has announced two additional signings ahead of the 2024-25 season. Trinity Hudson and Tatiana Platonova both join the Greyhounds roster with Division I experience, coming to Portales as experienced upperclassmen transfers. This brings the signing class to 10 members total for the Greyhounds squad.

TRINITY HUDSON, GRADUATE STUDENT, FORWARD/CENTER, 6'4", ARKANSAS-LITTLE ROCK

Hudson comes to Portales playing four seasons at the Division I level, spending their first three seasons with Prairie View A&M University. With the Panthers, Hudson played in 55 games over three seasons, totaling 66 points, 83 rebounds, and 27 blocks in 350 minutes. Most recently, Hudson played one season at Arkansas – Little Rock, featuring in 24 games with 10 starts.

"Obviously, when you can get a 6' 4" player with the athleticism Trinity has – it's a game changer," said Huber. "Trinity plays super hard and will add a big-time interior presence on both ends of the floor. We are really hoping to send her out the right way for her last season of collegiate basketball," said Huber.

TATIANA PLATONOVA, JUNIOR, GUARD, 5'7", CHIPOLA COLLEGE

Originally from Moscow, Russia, Platonova got their start in collegiate basketball at Division I Wichita State. With the Shockers, the guard finished with 17 games played averaging 9.1 minutes per game. Platonova spent the 2022-23 season as a redshirt, playing all 17 times as a true freshman racking up 10 points, 13 rebounds, 15 assists, and seven steals. In 2023-24, Platonova spent the season with Chipola College but didn't make an appearance.

"Tatiana has been playing high level international basketball pretty much her whole life," said Huber. "She went to Wichita State out of high school and then was at a top-15 junior college this year. Tatiana has a really high IQ and skill set, and someone that we are stoked to have in our program," said Huber.

The Greyhounds closed out their 2023-24 season with three consecutive wins, finishing with a 11-17 record and 7-15 standing in Lone Star Conference play. Huber returns for his second leading the Greyhounds.
