PORTALES, N.M. - The Eastern New Mexico University women's basketball team (2-3) will look to build on their recent momentum as they host Southwestern Oklahoma State University on Sunday, December 1, at 6 p.m. in the Steve Loy Family Foundation Arena.

This matchup marks the Greyhounds' final non-conference test of the season, with the Lady Bulldogs holding an 8-4 advantage in the all-time series between the programs.

Junior guard
Aaliyah Smith continues to lead the Greyhounds' offensive attack, averaging 14.3 points per game while shooting an efficient 51.2% from the field. The defensive standout has recorded 11 steals on the season, averaging two per contest, including a dominant seven-steal performance in ENMU's most recent victory.

Senior forward
Chloe Dallas has been a consistent presence in the paint, contributing 13.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game while shooting 55.3% from the floor. Dallas has also anchored the Greyhounds' interior defense with four blocks through five games.

Junior guard
Julieta Ceja rounds out ENMU's double-digit scorers, averaging 10.2 points and 4.6 rebounds per game while shooting a perfect 50% from beyond the arc. Ceja is coming off a strong 15-point, four-rebound performance in the team's last outing.

Eastern enters the contest following an impressive 89-54 victory over Newman University at the Newman Classic on November 22 in Wichita, Kansas. Nataya Locket led all scorers with 23 points on 10-of-15 shooting while adding five rebounds and two assists. Smith filled the stat sheet with 19 points, seven steals, and six assists in the dominant win.

ENMU has shown strength on both ends of the court this season, averaging 76.6 points per game while holding opponents to 67.8. The Hounds have been particularly disruptive defensively, forcing 21.4 turnovers per game and averaging 12.6 steals, nearly double their opponents' average of 6.6.

SWOSU (2-2, 0-0 GAC) enters the matchup following a heartbreaking 62-61 loss to seventh-ranked Lubbock Christian University on November 24. The Lady Bulldogs held a two-point lead with eight seconds remaining before LCU connected on a buzzer-beating three-pointer to secure the victory.

The Lady Bulldogs are led by trio in Landry Allen (12.8 ppg, 5.5 rpg, 16 blocks), Sincere Jackson (12.0 ppg, 6.3 rpg) and Elle Papahronis (12.0 ppg, 10.8 rpg, 13 steals). SWOSU has been particularly strong on the glass, averaging 41.3 rebounds per game, and has excelled defensively with 5.5 blocks per contest.
