Eastern faces top-seeded Texas Woman's in regional semifinal

PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico Women's Basketball continue their run in the NCAA South Central Regional Tournament, meeting up with top-seeded #1 Texas Woman's in a regional semifinal on Saturday night at Kitty Magee Arena. Tipoff between the two squads is set for 7:30 p.m. (CST).

TUNE IN

  • Saturday's game will be broadcast on FloCollege. SERIES INSIGHT

  • Both Texas Woman's and Eastern New Mexico are familiar with each other, play each other once this season back on January 25, as Texas Woman's battled back to win 63-55 on home court.
  • The two teams face each other for the first time in the NCAA South Central Regional, while just being the second postseason game against the Pioneers. The first postseason meeting occurred in 1990, as the two meet in Canyon, Texas for the LSC Tournament.
