INDIANAPOLIS – For the first time since 2020, Eastern New Mexico Women's Basketball have qualified for the NCAA Division II South Central Region Tournament, earning the 5
th seed. Eastern will play Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) regular season champions #4 Colorado Mesa. The teams will meet in Denton, Texas to face each other, with #1 Texas Woman's hosting the regional.

Blake Huber has guided the team to a 20-9 record during the 2024-25 campaign, recording just the fifth 20-win season in program history. Eastern began the season with the best start in program history, going 10-1 after its first 11 games. Earning the 5
th seed is the highest seed the Greyhounds have ever been awarded in the NCAA Tournament.

Eastern will meet Colorado Mesa for just the third time in program history, and the first time since 2001. The Greyhounds and Mavericks will matchup for the first time in the postseason, along with their second meeting at a neutral site. CMU beat ENMU 72-43 in their last meeting, during a neutral site game in Gunnison, Colo. (11/17/01).
