Hays, Kan. – Eastern New Mexico University volleyball ends day two of the 2026 Tiger Classic with a split, dropping the first game of the day to Regis and taking the win against Truman State.
 
"It was a team effort to win that game," said head coach Karli Bustos. "We had a few players come off of the bench that made an impact when it mattered."
 
REGIS 3, ENMU 2 (26-24, 25-15, 24-26, 17-25, 15-17)

• Sophia Valdez and Amya Speller led the Hounds this morning with 16 kills from Valdez and 15 from Speller who also recorded six blocks.
• Sydney Pipkin earned 42 assists, 11 digs, and two aces.
• Jordan Garcia led the team with 23 digs while also earned four assists.

 
ENMU 3, TSU 1 (25-18, 25-16, 22-25, 26-24)

• Sophia Valdez made 21 kills and one ace in this evening's match.
• Sydney Pipkin earned 42 assists, 16 digs, and five blocks.
• Catalina Gutierrez recorded 19 digs, along with five assists.
• Addison Bartlett posted a .667 with four kills and zero errors.
