PORTALES, NM — Eastern New Mexico University Football Coach
Kelley Lee has announced that a Ground Strike Triple-Option Clinic will be held later this month. The clinic will run from Thursday March 22-Friday March 23, 2018.
Practice and scrimmages will be held at Greyhound Stadium, while Friday's registration and clinic events will be held in the Becky Sharpe Room at the College of Business on ENMU's campus. Registration will be held at 8 a.m. MT.
Lee will be one of six speakers at the clinic, which also will include Thad Fortune (offensive coordinator/Odessa Permian), Larry Thexton (head coach/Prince of Peace), Todd Vargus (head coach/Altus), Dusty Davis (offensive coordinator/Altus), and Michael Gaston (offensive coordinator/Kempner).
Lee has been associated with the highly effective Ground Strike Offense since joining the Greyhound Program. Last season, the Greyhound offense led the NCAA Division II in rushing yards and time of possession. It also was highly ranked in numerous other categories. The scheme has garnered accolades for numerous players, including two-time First Team AFCA All-American fullback,
Kamal Cass.
