STEPHENVILLE, Texas - The Eastern New Mexico rodeo team finished out the spring season at the Tarleton State Rodeo this past weekend. Several athletes secured spots at the College National Finals Rodeo (CNFR) with their performances at the Tarleton Rodeo. The top three individuals in each event in each region earn a spot at the CNFR. 

Trey Jackson finished first in the region in steer wrestling after all rodeos this spring to earn his place in the CNFR. 

Shacie Marr earned 110 points at Tarleton, which pushed her from fourth to second in the region in barrel racing. 

In goat tying, Madelyn Schauer ended the year in third place. 

The CNFR will be held in Casper, Wyoming at the Ford Wyoming Center from June 11-19.
