PORTALES, N.M. – The 2023 College "Daze" Rodeo is this weekend September 14-16 at 7 p.m. all three days. ENMU Athletics is holding a deal for fans to get into two different events this weekend.
A purchase of a ticket to the football game against Western Oregon will also gain entry into the rodeo. It will also work the other way around as purchase of a ticket for rodeo will earn entry into the football general admission section.
All fans need to do is show their ticket at the gate.
"We are excited to host a rodeo for the 57th time at ENMU," said head coach
Albert Flinn. "We want the whole community to come and see some of the best collegiate student-athletes in the country compete at Lewis Cooper Arena."
This year, Flinn brought in six new members to the team and is bringing back most of his competition team from a year ago.
"This is a great time to rally around Eastern New Mexico," said head coach
Kelley Lee on the weekend's festivities. "Our team needs your support Saturday and there is no better way than purchasing a ticket to the game and getting to go to the rodeo later that night."
The football team will compete at 12 p.m. on Saturday, September 16 and tickets can be purchased
HERE.
Tickets for the rodeo will be available via cash Thursday thru Saturday during the evening (7 p.m.) at Lewis Cooper Arena. The cost for rodeo is $10 and purchases can be made in person the night of the rodeo.
