PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico Athletics will be celebrating banner day Saturday, February 8 at Steve Loy Family Foundation Arena.

The first 750 fans will receive a commemorative banner recognizing the 2024 Lone Star Conference tournament champions.

Doors will open at 12 p.m. for a 1 p.m. tip for ENMU versus UT Permian Basin. After the women's game, the men's game will begin approximately 30 minutes after.

ENMU Athletics will recognize the 2024 LSC tournament champions and hang the banner in the rafters of Steve Loy Family Foundation Arena between the women's and men's contest.

The banner celebration will recognize ENMU's run to their second ever Lone Star Conference tournament title and first in 31 years. During the LSC tourney, ENMU beat Angelo State, Cameron, and Lubbock Christian on their way to winning the championship.

The Falcons are one game up on the Greyhounds in conference standings for the women, while UTPB is two games ahead of ENMU for the men. Both contests will be crucial in the race for a berth to the 2025 Lone Star Conference tournament in Frisco, Texas.
