PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico Baseball and Lubbock Christian come into the weekend with an identical conference record (24-14), as the two teams will play each other in a four-game series at Greyhound Baseball Field this weekend. The series opener is on Friday evening (April 11), beginning at 6 p.m. The two teams return the next day to play a doubleheader, Saturday April 12, set to begin at 3 and 6 p.m. Both teams conclude the series on Sunday, April 13, beginning at 1 p.m.

• Lubbock Christian has dominated the all-time series against the Greyhounds, holding a 46-12 overall record against ENMU. In conference play, Eastern is 2-13 against the Chaps.
• Last season, LCU wrapped up a regular season conference championship against the Greyhounds, sweeping ENMU in a four-game series.

• Willie Ponce has the leading batting average for the Greyhounds (.429), providing 57 hits, 39 runs scored, and 38 RBIs. Luciano Terilli leads the team with 58 hits and 50 runs scored, batting .408 on the season with 32 walks.
