PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico Volleyball embarks on their final road trip of the season, traveling to Lawton, Okla. to take on Cameron University on Friday, Oct. 21, with first serve at 4:30 p.m. Then, the Greyhounds head to #11 West Texas A&M University for a Saturday showdown on Oct. 22, with the match set to begin at 1 p.m.
LAST TIME OUT
The Greyhounds had two road trips in its last games, with a 3-0 defeat to Texas A&M International and a 3-0 loss to Texas A&M-Kingsville.
SCOUTING THE GREYHOUNDS
So far on the season, Eastern hold a record of 12-12 with a conference standing of 3-9. ENMU are finding 12.1 kills per set (k/s), 10.9 assists per set (a/s), and 1.5 service aces per set (sa/s). Defensively, the Greyhounds post 16.8 digs per set (d/s) along with 2.1 blocks per set (b/s).

Gracelyn Stubbs providing 2.26 k/s.
Kayla Ison holds a team high 5.36 a/s, while
Qitana Sapiga has played every match this season recording 3.89 a/s. Leading the defense,
Getsemani Carrasco leads the team in digs with 4.27 d/s, while Stubbs holds a team high 75.0 total blocks this season.

Around the conference, ENMU hold several top-five marks individually and as team. Stubbs currently has the 4
th best hitting percentage in the Lone Star Conference at .341, while
Anjolina Perez stands 5
th for sa/s at 0.38. As a group, the Greyhounds defense is holding teams to a .138 hitting percentage (2
nd in LSC), opponents find 10.97 k/s (2
nd in conference), and opposing teams average 1.24 sa/s and 15.39 d/s (Both 5
th best in the conference).
SCOUTING THE AGGIES
The Aggies look to snap their losing streak heading into this weekend. Currently, Cameron sits a 5-20 this season with a 0-10 conference record, looking for their break a 16-game losing skid. This past weekend, CU faced defeats against Oklahoma Christian (3-2) and UAFS (3-0).

Statistically speaking, the Aggies provide 9.6 k/s and 8.7 a/s on offense. On the opposite side of the ball, CU pick up 16.5 d/s and 2.3 b/s.

Arianna Navarrete is the offensive threat for CU, posting 3.07 k/s. Meanwhile, Anjolie Navarrete paces the team with 4.73 a/s, while Meagan Jimenez leads the team in digs with 4.17 d/s, and Caitlyn Henderson supports the team with 82 total blocks this season.
SCOUTING THE #11 LADY BUFFS
Coming in at #11 in the most recent American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Poll, West Texas A&M stand at the top of the LSC with a 19-4 record, along with a perfect 11-0 LSC standing. WT continued their 12-game winning streak in its last outing, posting a 3-0 sweep over Lubbock Christian.
West Texas A&M stand near the top in team statistics in multiple categories. The Lady Buffs hold 13.79 k/s, 12.68 a/s, and 2.46 b/s, all leading the conference. Additionally, WT have a .257 hitting percentage (2
nd in conference), along with 16.4 d/s. Defensively, West Texas A&M are holding opponents to a .136 hitting percentage and just 0.68 sa/s, both first in conference. The Lady Buffs also hold opponents to 15.15 d/s and 11.36 k/s (Both 3
rd in LSC).
Torry Miller has had a phenomenal season for the Lady Buffs, with 3.82 k/s (4
th in LSC) and 4.49 points per set. Blair Moreland and Ashley Malis provide the assists for WT with 5.51 a/s and 5.01 a/s, respectively. On defense, Emma Patterson supplies 4.10 d/s and Taytum Stow holds 1.29 blocks per set. Stow leads the conference in blocks per set, along with the 3
rd best hitting percentage in the conference (.359).
