PORTALES, N.M. – With 2024 right around the corner, Eastern New Mexico Softball has announced its schedule for the 2024 season. ENMU will play 42 conference contests while competing in a pair of weekend tournaments prior to the start of Lone Star Conference (LSC) play. The Greyhounds will play at Greyhound Softball Field for seven home series, adding up to 21 home games.

The Greyhounds start the season in the "Land of Enchantment", traveling to Los Lunas, N.M. for the South-Central Region Crossover on Feb. 2-4, hosted by Western New Mexico. Eastern then play at the WT Invitational. ENMU are expected to play five games over the weekend, Feb. 9-11, to wrap up non-conference action.

Eastern start their LSC slate on the road traveling to Texas A&M International (Feb. 16-17) and Western New Mexico (Feb. 20-21). The Greyhounds open their home schedule against St. Edward's, with the series beginning on Feb. 24 with a doubleheader followed by a single game on Feb. 25. The month of February concludes as the Greyhounds welcome Lubbock Christian to Portales (Feb. 27-28).

ENMU heads to Cameron (Mar. 2-3) to begin the month of March, then returns home to battle Angelo State (Mar. 8-9). The Greyhounds lock horns with West Texas A&M for a midweek series (Mar. 12-13), then face UT Permian at home the following series (Mar. 16-17). A trip to UT Tyler (Mar. 22-23) and a home stand against Midwestern State (Mar. 28-29) conclude the month of March.

For the final month of the season, ENMU will have a pair of home series and away series starting on the road at Texas Woman's (Apr. 9-10). The Greyhounds host Oklahoma Christian (Apr. 13-14) then head to Texas A&M-Kingsville (Apr. 19-20). To close the regular season, Eastern host St. Mary's (Apr. 26-27).

The LSC Tournament will take place on May 2-4, hosted by the top seed in the league in the regular season.
