The Dustdevils comes to Portales to take on the Greyhounds

PORTALES, N.M. – Following its first point of the Lone Star Conference season, Eastern New Mexico Men's Soccer are back at home to face Texas A&M International on Sat., Oct. 12 at 6 p.m. at Steve Loy Family Foundation Stadium.

SERIES INSIGHT

  • The Dustdevils enter the weekend with a 10-2-4 advantage over the Greyhounds.
  • Since the programs re-establishment, Eastern is unbeaten when facing Texas A&M International with a record of 1-0-2. Last season the programs met twice and played out a pair of 1-1 draws.
  • Both of the Greyhounds wins against the TAMIU have come at home, via a 3-2 score line (10/26/22 and 9/30/07).

SCOUTING THE GREYHOUNDS

  • Following the match on Wednesday, Ben Sauerländer and Pablo Nodar each have three goals this season to lead the team, while Sauerländer adds two assists to lead the team with eight points. Nick Huenig and Arthur Macri both have two goals to support the Eastern attack.
  • Catalin Nastuta (4 games) and Milo Paci (5 games) have all spent time in net for the Greyhounds, with Paci playing the last two matches. Paci has allowed seven goals, holding 1.40 goals against average, and 23 saves.
