PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico Men's Soccer take it's two-game winning streak on the road to face UT Tyler on Saturday, Oct. 19, for a conference clash, beginning at 4:30 p.m. (MST) / 5:30 p.m. (CST).

SERIES INSIGHT

• The Greyhounds and Patriots have met just three times in the series history, as Eastern is 0-1-2 against the Patriots.
• Eastern scored their first goal against the Patriots in a meeting last season, a 1-1 tie in Portales. Colin Hyzy scored for the Greyhounds, while the Patriots tied the match in the second half.
• Saturday's meeting is the third in Tyler between the two teams. UT Tyler have produced a draw (0-0, 10/5/19), and a win (3-0, 10/19/22) in the two prior encounters in Texas.
• Last season's meeting was the season finale for both programs as each team, as both teams needed a victory in hopes of advancing to the LSC Postseason Tournament.

• Eastern is unbeaten in their last three matches, with 1-0 victory in their recent match with Oklahoma Christian. Robin Vandewalle netted the winning goal in the 83^rd minute, pushing the Greyhounds record to 4-3-4 overall, with a 2-1-1 conference record.
• At the top of the scoring charts, Ben Sauerländer and Pablo Nodar have three goals each. Ben Sauerländer also is joint best for assists (two), holding a team high eight points. Teddy McIntyre and Kevin Nunez both have two assists this season for the offense. Nick Huenig leads the team with 14 shots.
• Following a shutout victory this past Wednesday, Milo Paci has a record of 3-2-2 in net. Starting all four LSC games, Paci has 1.14 goals against average this season, with a 0.750 save percentage.
• Eastern is posting 7.1 shots per match, with 40% of attempts going on goal. Eastern has posted 27 yellow cards this season, committing 124 fouls.

SCOUTING THE PATRIOTS

• The Patriots still look to get off the mark in conference play, holding a 0-2-3 standing in LSC, with a 2-5-4 overall record. UT Tyler have been a tough unit at home, holding a 2-2-1 record this season on home turf. In their most recent match, the Patriots fell 3-1 against St. Mary's in a road game.
• Danny DeMarias has been effective for the Patriots, leading the team with three goals on just four shots. Four others have two goals this season, including Julian Smith who has a team high three assists and 20 shots.
