NEW ORLEANS – Seven Eastern New Mexico student-athletes earned south central all-region honors from the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
"This is a true testament about the direction of our program," said head coach
Joshua Harden. "The south central region has so many talented student-athletes and it's great to see several Hounds on both the men's and women's lists."
To earn a spot on the all-region team, student-athletes must have a top five mark/time in an event among competitors in the region. The south central region consists of institutions from the Lone Star Conference and Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. The LSC had 126 honorees, while the RMAC had 115. Eastern New Mexico was one of four schools in the LSC to have three or more honorees for both genders.
Both
