NORMAN, Okla. – Eastern New Mexico women's track and field bettered several marks at the 2026 Crimson & Cream Qualifier hosted by the University of Oklahoma Friday afternoon. The meet proved to be a great competition to prepare the Greyhounds for the 2026 indoor track and field conference championships in Albuquerque.

Joshua Harden when asked about the meet. "We performed and well and indicate that we are continuing to improve."
Devyn Ericksen had one of the brighter moments for Eastern New Mexico. The sophomore hurdler qualified for the 60m hurdles finals with a 9.06s time and crossed the line in 8.89s to win the overall event. Going into next week's meet, she is rated second in the LSC. Her teammate Camila Gutierrez sits in 18th in the Lone Star after a 9.14s time in Norman.
Aeriana Langley did not better her mark in high jump but was just centimeters away from doing so. She cleared the bar at 1.57m in Oklahoma. Her season best clearance of 1.60m puts her in the top 15 in the LSC.
Minerva Cerda Hernandez bettered her school record with a 3.60m clearance on her third attempt at the height. She is the third best pole vaulter in the conference this season.
Eastern continues to post notable marks in triple jump.
Celina Thomas goes into next week ranked second in the conference. She posted the second best jump at the OU meet at 12.09m and was nearly three inches away from a personal best.
Jerriana McWilliams continues to show consistency to be a top five jumper in the LSC going into the conference meet as she jumped 11.49m in Norman.
The long jump crew had a notable weekend.
Journie Alexander posted the sixth furthest jump among LSC competitors with a 5.63m season best.
Gabriela Elizalde broke into the top 12 with a 5.37m personal best.
Ashley Richburg also stayed in the top 15 in the event with a 5.33m jump – her second time reaching the threshold this season.
It was an excellent day for ENMU weight throw as the school record continues to be shared amongst the crew.
Kennedy Ulmer now holds the school best mark after a 16.21m (53-2.25) throw. The mark was more than a yard further than her previous personal best throw. She will go into Albuquerque with the fourth best throw in the conference.
SeiOriana Glass had a 15.63m mark and heads into the LSC meet with the number five seed.
Olivia Lucero broke into the top five all-time for ENMU throwers with a 15.24m throw. She currently sits seventh in the conference.
Eastern New Mexico also entered a unique event.
Korah Ives becomes the third ENMU student-athlete to compete in the pentathlon. She finished the five event outing with 2997 points and is 15th among all LSC athletes who have competed in the event this season. She had collegiate bests in all five events with a 9.19s time in the 60m hurdles and 5.28m leap in the long jump marking her best events of the day.
Eastern New Mexico is in the final week of preparation and will begin competing at the conference championships on Friday, February 27 at the Albuquerque Convention Center.
