PORTALES, N.M. - Eastern New Mexico track & field will compete in the 2026 Lone Star Conference Outdoor Championships on May 7-9 on the campus of West Texas A&M in Canyon, Texas.

The Greyhounds will join 11 other men's programs and 12 other women's programs for the three-day conference championship meet.
Â
Kennedy Ulmer leads the Greyhounds into the championship meet with an NCAA provisional mark in the discus. Ulmer ranks ninth on the NCAA provisional list and second in the LSC with a 50.71-meter throw from the Angelo State Invite on April 22. The thrower also ranks seventh in the conference in the hammer throw at 50.21 meters and third in the javelin at 43.30 meters.

Devyn Ericksen will be a key competitor in the hurdles events, ranking second in the LSC in the 100-meter hurdles at 14.05 seconds and eighth in the 400-meter hurdles at 1:01.33.

Celina Thomas brings another NCAA provisional mark to Canyon, ranking third in the LSC in the triple jump at 12.09 meters. Thomas also ranks eighth in the conference in the long jump at 5.74 meters.

In the sprints,
Ambrosia Francis sits ninth in the LSC in the 100-meter dash at 11.99 seconds, while
Journie Alexander ranks 12th at 12.03 seconds. Alexander also ranks sixth in the conference in the long jump at 5.81 meters.
Meredith Brown (12.08 seconds) and
Riley Midgett (12.21 seconds) round out the Greyhounds' 100-meter contingent.

Minerva Cerda Hernandez ranks third in the LSC in the pole vault at 3.60 meters, while
Aeriana Langley sits seventh in the high jump at 1.65 meters.

In the field events,
Jerriana McWilliams ranks 13th in the long jump at 5.62 meters and fourth in the triple jump at 11.77 meters.
Gabriela Elizalde (5.59 meters) and
Ashley Richburg (5.46 meters) also rank in the top 20 in the long jump, with Richburg adding a fifth-place mark in the triple jump at 11.65 meters.
Ajah Walker ranks 12th in the triple jump at 11.03 meters.

The throws crew features
Paige Fowler, who ranks fifth in the discus at 44.96 meters, while
Madison Gigler (40.15 meters) and
Jha'Niah Johnson (49.59 meters) also rank in the top 15. Johnson adds a ninth-place mark in the hammer throw at 50.01 meters.
SeiOriana Glass (48.11 meters) and
Vivica Addison (46.62 meters) rank 13th and 14th, respectively, in the hammer throw. Addison also ranks third in the javelin, tied with teammate Ulmer at 43.30 meters.
Deziree Bosquez ranks eighth in the javelin at 38.90 meters.

Korah Ives will compete in the women's heptathlon.

The 4x100-meter relay team will consist of Elizalde, Brown, Alexander and Francis, while the 4x400-meter relay team will feature Ericksen, Elizalde, Cerda Hernandez and
Treasure Burrows.

Strahinja Radakovic leads the men's squad with the best time in the conference and an NCAA provisional mark in the 110-meter hurdles at 14.16 seconds.
Byron Pruitt ranks 11th in the event at 14.85 seconds.

Manny Chavez brings another NCAA provisional mark to the championship meet, ranking second in the conference in the javelin at 62.05 meters.
Aaron Estrada (54.67 meters) and
Devin Gallegos (51.63 meters) rank fifth and seventh, respectively, in the event.

Andre Smikle holds an NCAA provisional mark in the discus, ranking third in the LSC at 51.20 meters. Smikle also ranks 15th in the shot put at 13.95 meters and eighth in the hammer throw at 50.00 meters.

In the sprints,
Nicolo Salaris ranks 13th in the 100-meter dash at 10.51 seconds and 15th in the 200-meter dash at 21.34 seconds.
Stefan Camejo ranks 12th in the 400-meter dash at 47.62 seconds.

Eloy Serrano Borrego sits eighth in the 800-meter dash at 1:50.90, while
Thomas Aerdts ranks 13th at 1:52.41. Aerdts also ranks fifth in the high jump at 1.90 meters.

The long jump features
Cooper Burgess in fifth place at 7.28 meters,
Angelo Bowser in sixth at 7.24 meters, and
Devon Falco in eighth at 7.15 meters.
Trevon Dennard ranks 16th at 6.83 meters.

In the triple jump, Falco ranks fourth at 14.56 meters, Dennard sits fifth at 14.54 meters, and Bowser ranks ninth at 13.76 meters.

The throws crew features
Braden Pry, who ranks fifth in the hammer throw at 50.72 meters, and
Devin Mata, who sits seventh at 50.08 meters. Mata also ranks eighth in the javelin at 47.35 meters.
Emiliano Morrison ranks 11th in the hammer throw at 47.04 meters. In the shot put,
Noe Ybaben Burciaga ranks 13th at 14.29 meters.

The 4x100-meter relay team will be
John Magee, Salaris,
Jamo Williams and
Abisai Torres, while the 4x400-meter relay team will consist of Camejo,
Eric Collins, Serrano Borrego and Pruitt.
