Tres Segler era begins this weekend as the Eastern New Mexico University men's basketball team heads to Albuquerque to face off with 16
th-ranked Fort Lewis and New Mexico Highlands on Saturday and Sunday at Dreamstyle Arena on the campus of UNM.

What to Watch For
The Greyhounds return six players from last year's 13-15 squad. Segler led the Green and Silver to the most Lone Star Conference wins and third most wins as a first-year head coach in program history.
LA Leaving His Mark
Senior guard
Lamarquis Thompson is coming off earning All-Conference honors a season ago and looks to make a lasting impact on the ENMU program during his senior campaign. Last year, the Houston product averaged nearly 11 points and five boards in his 18 games of action.
Shelton Making the Jump
Senior
Shawn Shelton looks to continue to improve his game in the 2017-18 season. A year ago, the Dean College product put up five points and three boards.
Forgot About Dre
Forward
Andre Hughes was a clutch performer down the stretch for ENMU as the Hounds won five of their last six games to close out the season. The Killeen, Texas native by way of Darmstadt, Germany started all 28 games last year, putting up seven points and four boards.
Signing Class Looks to Shine

Tyler Wayman brought in a wealth of new talent to complement the returners. Guards
Nick Brown (Mt. San Antonio College),
Maurice Coleman (New Mexico Military Institute) and
Zach Parker (Mississippi Gulf Coast) come to ENMU with two years of eligibility remaining. Also joining the trio of guards is freshman
Devin Pullum who is no stranger to the Segler family. The Little Elm, Texas, native played for Rusty Segler at Little Elm High School where he won numerous accolades. Rounding out the top signees is forward
Jamani Pierce who joins the Greyhounds for his senior campaign by way of Clarion.
What's Next?
Following the trip to Albuquerque, ENMU travels to Monmouth, Ore., to take on Dixie State and Azusa Pacific on Nov. 17-18.
