What to Watch For
  • The Greyhounds are looking for their first 3-0 start since the 2001-02 team started the season 4-0.
  • With the pair of wins this past weekend, head coach Tres Segler improved to 15-15 in his coaching career.
  • The Greyhounds return six players from last year's 13-15 squad. Segler led the Green and Silver to the most Lone Star Conference wins and third most wins as a first-year head coach in program history.

Thompson Brings National Buzz
Senior guard Lamarquis Thompson put ENMU in the national spotlight with his buzzer-beating three against 16th-ranked Fort Lewis last weekend. Trailing 72-70, junior guard Maurice Coleman brought the ball up the court with time ticking down. After cutting off a screen from Arcaim Lallemand, Coleman dished the ball out to Thompson on the wing. With two defenders on him, Thompson hurled up a turnaround three as time expired. The heave found its mark, giving the Green and Silver their second top-20 win under Head Coach Tres Segler. The Houston product leads the team with 18.0 points/game and 9.0 rebounds/game.

Arcaim "The Dream"
Junior forward Arcaim Lallemand is coming off an impressive performance against New Mexico Highlands on Sunday. The Naples, Fla., native put up 17 points on 6-of-12 shooting, including going 5-for-5 from the charity stripe while grabbing nine boards in the winning effort. Lallemand ranks third on the team, averaging 10.0 points/game and is second with 7.5 boards/game.

What's Next?
Following the trip to Oregon, ENMU travels to Austin, Texas, to take on St. Edward's and Dallas Baptist on Nov. 24-25.
