PORTALES, N.M. – It's no April Fool's joke! Eastern New Mexico softball and baseball will be hosting "Bark in the Park" games on April 1 sponsored by Wienerschnitzel.

First pitch for softball is set for 12 p.m. with the Greyhounds welcoming LSC foe UT Tyler.

Fans are encouraged to bring their canine friends to enjoy a contest at the newly renovated Greyhound Softball Field.

Several giveaways to look forward to include free hot dog gift cards, "ENMU Bark in the Park" collapsible water bowls, and appetizers from Dickies BBQ. Fans can also purchase a "Los Greyhounds" shirt at the game.

The party doesn't stop after the softball game as baseball will be playing a doubleheader versus UT Tyler on the same day.

Head on over with your dog to Greyhound Baseball Field to come and cheer on the Hounds with games set to be played at 12 p.m. and 3 p.m.
