Eastern's returns home to face DBU in a pivotal home conference match

PORTALES, N.M. – Eastern New Mexico Men's Soccer begin the second half of conference play at home this weekend, as DBU comes to Portales on Wednesday, Oct. 23. Kickoff is slated for 6 p.m. at Steve Loy Family Foundation Stadium.

SERIES INSIGHT

  • Eastern New Mexico and DBU meet up for the 12th time in the all-time series, with the Greyhounds holding a 9-1-1 edge over the Patriots.
  • The Greyhounds began the all-time series by winning the first eight meetings, but DBU have earned their only draw and win in the last three meetings.
  • Both teams met last season in Portales, featuring a back and forth 2-2 draw. DBU took the lead just after halftime, then the Greyhounds scored two goals in four minutes to go in front. DBU found a tying goal just after Eastern took the lead to end the match in a tie.
