Softball's LSC Opening Series Shifted Due To Weather

The Greyhounds conference opening series against Texas A&M International has been moved back due to forecasted weather.

PORTALES, N.M. – With expected rainfall on Friday in Laredo, Eastern New Mexico Softball's conference opener has been pushed back a day against Texas A&M International. The two teams were expected to begin Lone Star Conference (LSC) play on Friday, Feb. 16, with a doubleheader, then play the series finale on Saturday, Feb. 17. at Dustdevils Softball Field. Now, the two teams will begin the series on Saturday, Feb. 17, with a doubleheader scheduled for 11:15 a.m. (MST) / 12:15 p.m. (CST) and 1:45 p.m. (MST) / 2:45 p.m. (CST), then the two teams will conclude the Sunday, Feb. 18, with first pitch set for 11:15 a.m. (MST) / 12:15 p.m. (CST).
