INDIANAPOLIS – Eastern New Mexico is receiving votes in the final NABC coaches poll.

The Greyhounds hold 12 votes in the top-25 poll. There are just four schools ahead of ENMU before earning a ranking.

Five institutions in the south central region are in the poll. They include No. 5 Fort Lewis, No. 6 Colorado Mesa, No. 9 West Texas A&M, No. 12 DBU, and No. 23 Colorado School of Mines. Lubbock Christian joins the Hounds as the institutions in the receiving votes category.

Eastern will begin its path to Evansville, Indiana with the south central region playing its regional in Canyon, Texas. The Hounds first round game is against the previously mentioned Colorado Mesa Mavericks. Those two programs will play at 12 p.m. CT. ENMU is 6-5 against programs in the tournament during the 2023-24 season.

If the Greyhounds win its first round game Saturday, they will play the winner of (2) Fort Lewis and (7) LCU. Tip is scheduled for 5 p.m. CT for the second round game Sunday night.
