Buster Hodges was a four-year football letterwinner from 1953-56 and the 1955 recipient of the ENMU coaches’ award for Hardest Running Back. In 1956, he co-captained the team with Bailey Cozzens. Hodges started almost every game of his career at halfback and cornerback and was one of the top kick returners in ENMU history.
