Kim Paschall-Neighbors was a member of the ENMU softball team from 1998-01. She led ENMU to a LSC South Division title as a senior, in addition to a regional crown and fifth place finish in the nation. She held numerous team records and was a Second-Team All-Lone Star Conference selection in 1999. Paschal-Neighbors also earned LSC South Hitter of the Week honors. She earned many academic accolades which included three Academic All-District selections.
