Christbell Mariner was selected Greatest Zia after the 2002 volleyball season and was a three-time first team all-conference selection. She also was selected First Team Daktronics All-Southwest Region in 2000. Five times, Mariner was named LSC South hitter of the week and she twice led the Zias to the LSC tournament semifinals. During her four seasons, Eastern posted an amazing 94-47 record.
